Air/Water/Oil/Grease Hose Reel CY-DS900
CY-DS900 stainless steel reels are used in a wide range of applications, such as food production, cleaning, chemical transportation, and industrial solvent handling. Stainless steel reels can also be used in coastal and offshore environments where corrosion resistance is critical. Some models of this series can be produced in 316L according to customer requirements to further improve corrosion resistance.
Adjustable Cushion Stop: Allows any desired length of rope to be held on the outside of the reel.
Adjustable Guide Arm: Multiple guide arm positions for versatile use and field adjustment.
Enclosed Drive Spring: The drive mechanism is enclosed to protect against environmental factors.
Long-life drive springs: Clutch-type reel spools virtually eliminate the possibility of spring damage due to reverse reel winding.
Corrosion and dirt resistance: Manufactured from 304 stainless steel stampings with electrochemical surface treatment.
