Working Principle

The CIP system delivers water and cleaning agents into the interior of equipment through a specific program and pumping system, enabling automatic in-place cleaning. The cleaning process typically operates inside sealed production equipment, tanks, vessels, and pipelines, significantly reducing the risk of secondary contamination.

The CIP system typically includes CIP solution tanks (such as CIP caustic tank, CIP acid tank, hot water tank, and recovery tank), hot water tanks, centrifugal pumps, pipelines, valves and fittings, and a CIP control cabinet.
