Electric Telescopic Cleaning Device
The motor-driven telescopic cleaning device utilizes a servo motor to control the extension, retraction, and rotation of the cleaning head, ensuring thorough cleaning of the inner walls, bottom, and top of vessels and tanks.
Main Components:
- Servo motor
- Reducer
- Transmission system
- Nozzle-connected telescopic rod
- Guiding system
- Rotary cleaning head and fixed cleaning head
- PLC controller
- Sensors
- High-pressure water pump
Working Principle
- Start-up:
The operator initiates the cleaning process with a one-click start through the PLC control system. The motor drives the telescopic rod to insert the cleaning head into the vessel or tank. Sensors detect the cleaning head’s position to ensure proper entry. - Cleaning:
Under motor control, the telescopic rod moves up and down according to a preset program, ensuring complete coverage of the tank’s interior. The rotary cleaning head at the end of the telescopic rod rotates at high speed under the pressure of the water pump, spraying high-pressure water or cleaning agents to clean the inner walls thoroughly. - Completion:
After the cleaning cycle, the telescopic rod automatically retracts, and the device stops operation.
