Road Tanker Cleaning Equipment
Road tankers typically have internal baffles and multiple compartments that require thorough cleaning. Cleaning can be performed compartment by compartment using mechanical barriers, followed by hot air drying. Alternatively, a multi-nozzle simultaneous operation mode can be adopted—multiple nozzles clean the tanker walls at the same time, followed by multiple air ducts simultaneously drying the interior. This significantly shortens cleaning and downtime, enabling faster loading operations.
Multiple Cleaning Solutions Available
CYCO’s 3D high-pressure automatic rotating cleaning equipment allows for efficient cleaning without moving the tanker, and can operate under sealed conditions. Using a 3D tank cleaner, high-pressure water jets are sprayed to effectively remove contaminants from the tank walls. The combination of horizontal and vertical water jets ensures a 360° full-coverage, dead-spot-free cleaning of all interior surfaces.
After cleaning, hot air or steam is used for drying and disinfection. Additionally, an oil-water separator processes the wastewater, preventing environmental pollution.
